建立安全潛水的基本知識與能力。
包含潛水基本姿勢、基本技巧、潛水安全和潛伴制度。

    13:30平靜海域課程(浮潛技巧 : 面鏡排水 / 呼吸管排水 / 蛙鞋踢動 / 浮潛轉身站立 / 深水區游動 /靜態閉氣 / 耳壓平衡下潛 )

    自由活動、晚餐(自理)

    19:00學科課程(3小時)&學科測驗 : 須達到75分以上
  6. Day2

    09:00平靜海域課程(5米進階技巧，自潛躬身下潛 / 救援動作 / 攀繩下潛 / 動態平潛 / 平式划手上升 )

    午餐休息(自理)

    13:30海洋實習
