本次是針對自由潛水正式進入開放水域而設計的基礎課程，
建立安全潛水的基本知識與能力。
包含潛水基本姿勢、基本技巧、潛水安全和潛伴制度。
完成後你將具備90秒靜態閉氣能力，
以及25米動態平潛和10米深度潛水的能力！
