Important information
- 請準時到場集合，花蓮市開車約40分鐘，請在0900或1400前抵達集合地點，以免遲到影響後續行程。
- 假日人多時，我們會間隔45分鐘分批進行：第一批次0900，第二批次0945依此類推。
- 請穿著輕便服裝、包鞋、運動鞋，穿拖鞋一律禁止參加。
- 參加條件，年齡：5-65歲、身高：110cm以上、體重：100kg以下。
- 有心臟血管的健康問題、懷孕、大病初癒、癲癇、體重過重、不堪激烈運動者等等，請評估本身狀況請勿報名，請勿參加。
- 戶外活動常受氣候影響(大太陽、下大雨)，除非遇到豪雨颳大風等惡劣天氣，下小雨照常進行我們不會因此退費，報名前請注意會有這種情形。
