【花蓮 鯉魚潭SUP體驗】
你划過SUP了嗎？SUP是Stand Up Paddling的簡寫，就是「立式划槳」，外型很像衝浪板，再配上一支長長的槳，板子在水面上很平穩，想要站著划、坐著划、跪著划、趴著划，躺著休息，或者挑戰特技動作，都沒問題喔~
鯉魚潭南北最長處約1.6公里，
東西最寬處約930公尺，
是花蓮縣內最大的內陸湖泊。
當地人原稱之為「大陂」，
阿美族人則稱之為「巴鬧」，
後因東傍鯉魚山而被命名為鯉魚潭
群山相擁，空氣清甜，湖面經常水氣氤氳，籠罩著淡淡薄霧，划著SUP，漸入湖心，從不同的角度欣賞橫嶺側峰的山巒、深邃翠綠的湖水。這裡不僅交通方便、設施完善，而且平靜水域安全又美麗，一年四季都是玩水好時機！
