100- year- old Kaohsiung Ciaotou Sugar Refinery is the first modernized refinery in Taiwan. It was considered as the pioneer of industrialization in Taiwan's history, and now it is assigned as a cultural spot by the government. The preserved part of the structure built in Japanese- occupied period and trees become the characteristics of the area. With Hakka vegetable dyes experience, you will realize how Hakka takes environment preservation and history seriously.
